Elena Morales is the Market Manager. She has run NVC Market since opening day.
A second-generation grocer, her parents ran a small neighborhood market that was eventually priced out during NVC's early development boom. She worked logistics for a regional food distributor before being recruited by Brain to run NVC Market at launch.
She knows supply chains, pricing pressure, and what happens when food access fails. She is grounded, observant, and deeply practical. She hates waste and distrusts anything that feels optimized but soulless.
Elena does not romanticize the market. She runs it.
